Privacy Notice

HLCalc is designed so that your data never leaves your device. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.

What is stored, and where

  • Your drug library, prescriptions and settings are stored on your device only — in the browser's local storage (IndexedDB) for the web app, or in an on-device database for the Android app.
  • None of it is sent to SL Software or to any third party. The app makes no network calls while you use it.
  • Exports (PNG, CSV, JSON) are files you create and choose where to share.

The website

The web version is delivered by a hosting provider, which, like any web host, may record standard technical logs of requests (such as IP address, time and browser type). SL Software does not use these logs to identify you, and they are not linked to anything you enter in the app.

Your choices

  • To remove your data, clear the site's data in your browser, or uninstall the Android app.
  • Export a JSON backup first if you want to keep it.

Please don't enter personal information

Prescription names are free text. Keep them generic and do not enter patient-identifiable information.
