WebTinkari Inventory is a full-featured stock control system built for workshops, electronics technicians, and small manufacturers. It is available to Pro and Enterprise Tinkari subscribers at inventory.tinkari.com.
Key Features
- Unlimited location nesting — organise stock by workshop, cabinet, drawer, or bin. Each location gets its own barcode for fast scanning.
- Flexible stock items — track components, raw materials, assemblies, and finished goods. Supports units of measure: each, metres, grams, litres, and more.
- Bill of Materials & assemblies — define assemblies from components. Building an assembly automatically deducts parts and increments finished stock.
- Low stock alerts — set a minimum quantity per item and get warned when you are running low.
- Barcode generation — every item and location gets a scannable Code 128 barcode, generated automatically.
- Tag system — flexible tagging with tag types (e.g. Colour, Material, Capacitor Type) for fast filtering.
- Invoicing — raise invoices directly from stock, with pick-list workflow and PDF export. Stock is automatically decremented when an invoice is confirmed.
- CRM integration — customer data pulls in from Tinkari CRM so invoices are always linked to the right contact.
- Full audit trail — every stock movement (received, used, assembled, invoiced, adjusted, moved) is logged.
- Multi-tenant — each organisation sees only its own data, secured via JWT tokens issued by Tinkari auth.
Tech Stack
Django REST Framework backend with a React + Vite frontend. Hosted on Railway. Authentication is handled entirely by the central Tinkari platform — no separate login needed.
