Privacy Notice

SL Software does not collect or store personal data directly. However, Tinkari Bench uses third-party services that may collect certain identifiers as part of normal operation, and connects to the Tinkari platform for account and AI features.

Data Collected

The app may use or expose the following:

  • Advertising ID (e.g. Google Advertising ID)
  • Device identifiers (such as Android ID)
  • Account information (name, email) provided during Tinkari sign-up
  • Job and repair data entered by the user — stored locally on device only
  • Other technical identifiers required by the operating system or platform services

These identifiers are not used by SL Software to personally identify you beyond providing the service.

How Data Is Used

This data is used for:

  • Providing the Tinkari account and subscription service
  • AI-powered features (photo scan, speech-to-text) via the Tinkari API
  • Supporting basic app functionality
  • Meeting platform requirements

SL Software does not:

  • Build advertising profiles
  • Sell personal data
  • Share data with third parties beyond those listed below

Third-Party Services

Tinkari Bench uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Gemini AI — for photo scan and AI assistance features. Images and text submitted for AI analysis are processed by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
  • Railway — the Tinkari backend is hosted on Railway.

Data Retention

Job and repair data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to SL Software servers unless you explicitly use a cloud sync feature (when available). Account data held by Tinkari is retained for as long as your account is active.

Data Deletion

You can delete your Tinkari account and associated data by contacting us. Local app data can be cleared by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.
